The Influencer Report helps you identify the most influential accounts, websites, and authors mentioning your brand or keywords.
It highlights the sources and users generating the most impact, allowing you to better understand who is driving the conversation around your brand online.
This report analyzes mentions across multiple platforms and provides insights into engagement, sentiment, audience reach, and geographic distribution.
Below is a breakdown of the sections included in the Influencer Report.
Before you start
Mention Trackers box on the right side of the Reports page. The report will reflect whichever trackers are active when you load it. [How to set up your report →]
Influencer Report (title slide)
The introduction slide presents the Influencer Report title, your account name, and the selected trackers used in the analysis. These trackers determine which keywords, brands, or topics are included in the report.
X/Twitter Top Mentioners
This section highlights the most influential Twitter (X) accounts mentioning your brand or keywords.
Results are sorted by follower count by default, but you can also sort by:
Follower count
Number of mentions
Engagement metrics
Sentiment of the mentions
This helps identify key accounts and voices contributing to conversations about your brand.
Top Facebook Mentioners
The Top Facebook Mentioners section identifies the most influential Facebook pages or profiles that mention your brand or keywords.
The report includes metrics such as:
Number of mentions
Engagement
Sentiment analysis
This helps you discover important Facebook pages mentioning your brand.
Top YouTube Mentioners
This section highlights YouTube channels that mention your brand or keywords ordered by number of subscribers count.
The report provides insights such as:
Channels generating mentions
Engagement around those mentions
Sentiment of the content
This helps you identify video creators or channels influencing the conversation about your brand.
Top Instagram Mentioners
The Top Instagram Mentioners section identifies the Instagram accounts mentioning your brand or keywords.
To access this section, you need to have at least one Instagram page authorized in the platform (you must be an admin of that page).
Results are sorted by follower count by default, but you can also view:
Follower count
Number of mentions
Engagement metrics
Sentiment
This helps you identify influencers or creators who are actively discussing your brand on Instagram.
Other Top Mentioners
This section includes influential accounts from other platforms, such as:
TikTok
Reddit
Additional social sources
It highlights users or communities generating discussions about your brand on these platforms.
Top Web Mentioners
The Top Web Mentioners section focuses on websites, blogs, and online publications mentioning your brand.
These sources are ordered by site rank, allowing you to identify:
High-authority websites
Influential blogs or online publications
Media outlets discussing your brand
This helps you understand which websites are amplifying your brand’s visibility.
Word Cloud
The Word Cloud visualization highlights the most frequently used words and phrases that appear alongside your brand or keywords in collected mentions.
The larger the word, the more frequently it appears in mentions.
Smaller words appear less frequently.
This helps you quickly identify key topics, themes, and discussions related to your brand.
Geography
The Geography section shows which countries are generating mentions for your brand or keywords.
This helps you understand:
Where your brand is being discussed
Which regions generate the most conversation
Potential markets where your brand has visibility
World Map
The World Map provides a visual representation of the geographical distribution of mentions.
In this section you can see:
The countries where mentions originate
The percentage of mentions per country
The exact number of mentions coming from each country
This visualization helps you quickly understand where your audience is located and how your brand’s global presence is distributed.
