In this article we will provide an overview of orders in Mintsoft, as well as other helpful articles relating to orders.


Viewing orders - Orders Overview

To view orders in Mintsoft, click Orders from the lefthand side bar then Overview.

The Orders Overview page will show you all orders in Mintsoft as well as the ability to apply filters for viewing orders.


Managing/ Editing orders

  1. To manage and edit an order in Mintsoft, first you must be on the Orders Overview page.

  2. Once on the Orders Overview page, click Actions then Details against an order, this will bring you to the Manage Order page.

The Manage Order page is split across five tabs:

  • Details: This tab shows all the order details like address, courier, order value etc.

  • Items: This tab shows all the items contained on the order as well as the ability to add additional products to the order if needed.

  • History: This tab has several sub-tabs explained in the section below.

  • Documents: This tab shows any documents added to the order as well as the ability to upload additional documents to the order if needed.

  • Queries: This tab shows any active or completed order queries as well as the ability to create new order queries if needed.

History

The History tab of an order allows you to see all the events of the order and is split into eight sub-tabs:

  • Timeline: This provides a visual timeline of the events from the order such as status changes, item amendments, if any order rules have applied etc.

  • Comments: This provides the same information as the Timeline tab but in a text list instead, additionally you can add a comment to the order if needed.

  • Returns: If any returns have been carried out on the order, they will appear here.

  • Extra Info: This is used for any other information that may be useful to the order, the IOSS Number is shown here as well.

  • Barcode Verification: If Barcode Verified Picking is being used, the scanned items will appear here.

  • Subscriptions: If the order is part of a Subscription, the details will appear here.

  • Connect: If the order has imported from an external source (Order Integration, Custom API, etc.) the details of this will be shown here, some order integrations will show the JSON used to import the order as well.

  • Shipments: Are courier shipments created for the order will be shown on this tab.
