I can’t find a specific exercise – what should I do?

If you're looking for a specific exercise and can’t find it in the app, here’s the best way to proceed.


🔍 How to view all currently available exercises:

  • Open the training overview of the relevant session in your plan.

  • Tap “+ Add Exercise” to display all available exercises.

  • Use the search bar or filter function to narrow results by muscle group, movement type, or equipment.


Still can’t find the exercise? Check your training profile:

If an exercise doesn’t appear, it’s often due to your personal settings:

  • Go to your training profile.

  • Check whether the exercise has been deactivated under “Excluded Exercises.”

  • Also verify if the required equipment has been deselected under “Equipment.”

➡️ Note: If you make changes to your profile, your training plan will usually be recalculated and overwritten. This may affect your current exercises and structure — so make sure to finish your current training week first or consider the adjustment carefully.


The exercise is completely missing from the app?

Some exercises — like those with kettlebells — are not yet part of our standard exercise library. If that’s the case, you can simply create your own:
