If you're looking for a specific exercise and can’t find it in the app, here’s the best way to proceed.
🔍 How to view all currently available exercises:
Open the training overview of the relevant session in your plan.
Tap “+ Add Exercise” to display all available exercises.
Use the search bar or filter function to narrow results by muscle group, movement type, or equipment.
Still can’t find the exercise? Check your training profile:
If an exercise doesn’t appear, it’s often due to your personal settings:
Go to your training profile.
Check whether the exercise has been deactivated under “Excluded Exercises.”
Also verify if the required equipment has been deselected under “Equipment.”
➡️ Note: If you make changes to your profile, your training plan will usually be recalculated and overwritten. This may affect your current exercises and structure — so make sure to finish your current training week first or consider the adjustment carefully.
➕ The exercise is completely missing from the app?
Some exercises — like those with kettlebells — are not yet part of our standard exercise library. If that’s the case, you can simply create your own:
