For those promo codes that are designed for use with a specific audience, you may want to double check that a promo code was redeemed on an individual ticket purchase.
Below, we've created a simple guide on how to check on that within a donation transaction in Donor Management.
Step 1: Locate and open the ticket purchase or contact record that the ticket purchase is associated from within Donor Management.
If you're locating the ticket through the contact record, you'll want to open up the contact record and look under the "Interactions" section for that purchase.
If you're locating the ticket through the "Giving" tab, you'll want to search for the ticket purchase using the "search" field, and locate that purchase from the results that appear.
Step 2: Click on "Actions" within that contact record or ticket purchase.
Step 3: Click on "Details" for the specific ticket purchase.
Within the "Transaction Details," you can see the "Promo Code" field and confirm that the correct promo code was applied.
