Feature Overview: Auctions Pages
Auctions pages are a specific type of fundraising page that are designed to make the creation and hosting of your organization's auctions even easier. Located within your greater Fundraising Essentials platform, Auctions pages allow users to create, manage, run, and report on your auction from one singular system.
These pages integrate directly and seamlessly with Donor Management and any associated Events page you've created for use with your auction, so you can keep all of your transactions from your events and auctions organized together for easier reporting.
A single Auctions page can serve as a location for your participants to make bids on items, make donations, purchase "fund-a-need" or "buy-it-now" items, and pay for any of their winnings once the auction has concluded. Additionally, with our "smart link" feature, your participants will be able to receive notifications on the status of their bids and easily return to continue bidding - all without having to continually and repeatedly log back in.
Auctions pages also allow your organization to create and run a raffle - so you can provide yet another opportunity for your participants to stay engaged and continue to donate towards your overall event. You could even choose to announce the winners of the raffle on a livestream, run through a concurrent Events page!
To access your Auctions pages, you'll first click on the "My Tools" button from your Donor Management Dashboard and select the option to log into "Auctions." Once your Auctions platform loads, you'll be able to click on the "Add Auction" button and begin setting up your auction, as well as add all of the items and experiences that you're offering as rewards.
We invite you to review the articles below to learn how to create and customize your Auctions pages, how to set up specific tickets or rewards for purchase, how to add items, and how to run various types of auctions - all right from your Auctions page.
