Step 1: Log into Donor Management.
Step 2: Under the "Contacts" tab, locate and open the bidder's contact record.
Please note that if the winner already has an existing contact record in the system, then the transaction will automatically be applied to that existing contact.
However, if the winner used a different email address than the email currently listed in their Donor Management contact record, it may create a new contact record instead.
Step 3: Scroll down to the section labeled "Interactions."
You should then be able to see the transaction associated with the auction underneath the "Giving" section within "Interactions."
They'll be clearly marked with a small auctions "gavel" icon, for easier identification.
