Feature Overview: Reporting on an Auction

Reporting on your auction's winnings may happen after the event has concluded, but is a key piece of facilitating your event that can contain crucial (and beneficial) information that your stakeholders may need.

The reporting that's generated from your auction's winnings can be seen in Donor Management and help your organization to better understand your transaction and donation history more holistically for your participants.

You can also opt to include bidder information in Donor Management for those individuals who didn't win any prizes, so that you can continue to communicate with them regarding your organization's future events and work towards your overall mission.

To report on an auction, you can either click on the "Bidders" tab or the "Items" tab within your Auctions page (for bidder information and item information, respectively) and either filter down or export the information you'd like to report on.

Whether you need to create reports on who your lucky winners are, or whether you need to report on how much in transactions was ultimately raised with your event - we've got your reporting needs covered within the helpful resources below.

Feature Availability

This feature is available for all users with access to the Fundraising Essentials package with "supervisor"- level admin access or higher within Auctions pages, as well as "staff"- level admin access or higher within Donor Management.
