Often, if you are facing issues, it might be necessary to get more information on your device. Below you can find a guide on how to do this.
Please note that this is only available for devices using Firmware 4.
Step 1: Connect your device to the Handy Onboarding App
To start, you need to put your device in Bluetooth mode and connect to the Handy Onboarding App.
Step 2: Access Device Info page
Once connected, you should see the main screen. Click on the three horizontal lines on the top left.
The side panel will open and you can click on the option Device Info.
Now, on this page you can see loads of sections showing information from your Device, to Network, Battery and more.
Ideally, when troubleshooting, you would visit this page to find all the information necessary that is related to your device. At the bottom you can manually refresh the information on the page, which is not updated in real time.
In the case you are talking to support, you may need to send the full device info for analysis. To do so, select the option "Generate State file" at the bottom of the page.
This will create a file that you can attach via chat or email to support, which will be very useful for troubleshooting alongside our Customer Support!
