As an online-enabled device, the Handy can be connected to your Wi-Fi. Getting the Handy online allows the device to receive firmware updates, synchronize with interactive videos, be controlled remotely, and connect to any Handy-compatible service.

Depending on your Firmware version, you will need to follow a specific guide for configuring and connecting your device.

For Firmware 3 users, via Handyverse or Handyfeeling.

For Firmware 4 users, via Handy Onboarding App.

The software running inside the Handy itself is called the firmware. The Handy’s firmware is periodically updated to add features, fix bugs, and improve overall stability.

Updates are automatically available on HandyFeeling, Handyverse or the Handy Onboarding App when they are released.

Currently, there are two apps used for configuring and connecting the Handy online, the Handyverse and the Handy Onboarding App.

The Handyverse app allows you to use multiple features of the Handy, it also allows the configuration of the Wi-Fi credentials on the device via Bluetooth.

Once connected, you can use the app to find content, play local videos, remotely control the Handy, and use Random Stroker.

The app is available on iOS and Android.

The Handy Onboarding App helps users connect and configure the device for the first time, helping both configure networks, check connectivity status, check information for the device and more
