If you’d like to receive a notification when a client completes your survey, you have a few options: an e-mail notification for all responses, negative responses only, or no responses.
Step by Step Instructions:
1. Click Settings.
2. Click LocalReviews.
3. Click Surveys.
4. Click the survey you’d like to change notification preferences for.
5. Click Settings across the top of the page.
6. Under Notifications, select either “all responses” or “negative responses.” If you prefer to disable e-mail notifications for your survey, please select “none.”
7. Once enabled, e-mail notifications will be sent to the primary e-mail on file for your account.
