Review Attribution is a great tool that will help you understand which member of your team is generating each review for your business. 

This powerful tool can help you identify training opportunities for team members that need it, or offer praise for those who are playing the biggest role in your marketing strategy!

If you click into your LocalReviews tab, and then click Reviews, you'll see the Generated By column. This column will tell you which member of your team earned each review.

Keep in mind, you may notice that some reviews are "Unattributed" which means that our algorithm wasn't able to confirm a match. 

Not to worry, if you'd like to manually attribute this review you'll be able to do so by clicking the small arrow next to the Unattributed review. If you notice that a review was wrongly attributed, you'll also be able to edit in the same way described above.
