Onelocal Web Booker Walkthrough

This article will take you through your customers' view of your web booker, once designed and live. Let's get started!

Service Section

Lets walkthrough the service section of your web booker!

  1. Header & Sub-header - this sections outlines the instructions for your customers and how they can book easily with you! You may choose to have details on your business or a welcome message.

  2. Booking Summary - this section updates your customer as they go through the booking journey. It will be updated with the address, service and date and time selected.

  3. Service Categories - these show the specific categories for services that your customers can book.

  4. Services - these show the specific services that you are offering to your customers

    • Description - a description of what the specific service is

    • Price - the price per service

    • Duration - the length of the service

Date and Time Section

In this section, your customers can select the date and time, they'd like to book. Clicking on a day will display the various time slots currently available:

Here's a close-up view of how the schedule section looks when a day is selected:

  • Your customer can select a date that they would like to book the appointment for.

  • If the date is grey, it indicates that the day is unable to be booked.

  • After a date is clicked, the page automatically scrolls down to specific times that are available depending on the date that was selected.

  • Time slots are also organized by morning, afternoon and evening.

Once your customer has selected the date and time they would like they can click next to add contact information and confirm their booking!

Booking Window services (such as those set up for Requesting a Call Back) will look like the example below, displaying the Time Slots that have been created. Read more about setting up Booking Windows, or speak to our Support Team or your Marketing Specialist!

Contact Information Section

Here, your customers will be confirming there booking by providing their information.

The default fields that are collected are:

  • Phone number

  • Email

  • Mobile Number

  • Comments

We can also add custom fields! These can be multi-select, text box, check box or hyperlinks if needed.

Booking Confirmation Section

Once your customers' have booked their appointments, they will be taken to the booking confirmation section. This would be the last step in their booking journey!

  • The booking summary will display the details of the booking made by your customers: Location - the location of the customer, Service - the service, cost and duration, Date & Time - the date and time that the appointment was booked

  • There is also a button closer to the bottom of the page where the customer is prompted to create a new booking.
