Booking - Tag Feature

Easily organize your bookings with tags!

With Booking Tags, it's easy to get organized and stay on top of your bookings! We'll show you how to add a tag to both new & existing bookings. Once a tag is created, you can easily filter to see specific tags, allowing you to view only certain bookings at one time.

2. Click on Settings.

3. Next, click on LocalVisits. Then, click on Bookings. Once you're in Bookings, you'll see Booking Tags - click into it.

4. Click on Create Tag on the top right of your screen. In the window that opens up, enter the name of your tag, select the colour you'd like it to be, then click Save.

5. To add tags to your existing bookings, click on LocalVisits in the sidebar, and select one of your bookings. Click on your booking to open it up in the left-hand window, and scroll down to the bottom. You'll see an "Add Tag" option.

You can also click on the Ellipses button, and click Edit to edit the booking, where you're able to add tags in the Booking Details window that pops up.

6. You're also able to add tags to a booking while you're creating it!

7. You can also easily add a tag to a booking when you Complete it:

8. To filter bookings by tags, simply click on the Tag button, and select the tag you'd like to see. You can filter by multiple tags at once as well.

If you'd like to stop filtering by the tags, click on the "x" on the tag.
