The Transcript Courses list in jmc provides a complete record of all courses—including transfer courses—used to create a student’s official academic record. With just a few clicks, you can preview or print a list of courses for a selected academic year, or export the course list to a CSV file for future use. These options help guidance counselors, administrators, and front office staff stay organized and confident in their transcript data.

To print your list of courses, navigate to Grading > Transcripts > Print Transcript Courses.

Step One: Select the transcript year that you want to reference from the "Year" drop-down list.

Step Two: Select the appropriate radio button in the "Sort By" box to arrange the course list by "Course Number" or "Course Name".

Step Three: Select the appropriate radio button in the "Order By" box to display the course list in "Ascending" or "Descending" order.

Step Four: Click the "Preview" button to view the transcript course list, the "Print" button to print or save a PDF, or the "Export" button to save the course list as a CSV file.
