The Dashboard is your main hub for overviewing your entire fanbase and because it's so important, we've updated it to give you the best insights into how your audience is growing.

Breakdown of Features

  • Default View - Logging in you will see the time period you last set your dashboard to, even on refresh and logging in at a later date.

  • Total Fans/New Fans - This is now one clear figure totalling the number of contactable fans on your database. This can be toggled to show all time or specific periods, which are then compared to the previous period of equal length, e.g. 7 days against the previous week. This number will fluctuate, and to highlight this, it will show either a green or red arrow for either positive or negative growth and the % difference against the previous period selected.

  • Β£ Value - using the transactional data you've imported into the system, and any web hooks to e-commerce platforms, this number will show you total fan income over a chosen time period.

  • Fan Engagement

  • Pre-save fans - This is the total number of fans who have given permission for you to add music to their library on their DSP of choice. Once you have collected a pre-save for a fan, you do not need to ask again as the connection and permission remains in place. Your pre-save metrics will show growth/loss as a percentage of total fans.

  • Fan Tiers - This diagram will show you your fan base metrics over the period of your choice, determined using the drop-down in the top right, above pre-save fans.

Here you can view fanbase numbers over all-time, 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 12 months.

  • Casual Fans (Purple) - Number of Casual Fans (least engaged).

  • Loyal Fans (Blue) - Number of Loyal Fans (most likely to be converted to core fans).

  • Core Fans (Orange) - Number of Core Fans (most valued, most likely to purchase).

Hovering over the main graph will allow you to see a total audience number on a chosen date and includes the breakdown of the individual fan tiers on that date as well.

Underneath your Fan Tiers (bottom left), you can choose to see the timeline of growth of particular segments e.g. core fans.

Underneath your Fan Tiers (bottom right), you can click the yellow Engage button to directly engage with a segment of your fans e.g. loyal fans.

Audiences - This is where you'll see system-made and any pinned audiences. Navigate to Audiences on the left of your Openstage window to see All Audiences. For more information on Audiences, see here.

Lastly, we have now added a direct link to the Help Center on your dashboard, below the Admin tab. Here, you can access articles detailing the platform's features and best practices, and using the chat icon, ask any questions you may have.
