The Dashboard is your main hub for monitoring your fanbase at a glance. It displays your key metrics, pinned audiences, and growth data across a customizable time period.
The dashboard defaults to the last time period you selected - this persists across refreshes and return visits.
Metrics
Contactable fans
The total number of fans in your database who can be reached via email or SMS. Toggle between all-time and specific time periods to see growth or decline. A green arrow indicates positive growth and a red arrow indicates a decline, alongside the percentage difference against the previous period.
Fan engagement
The combined engagement score across your fanbase for the selected time period. Engagement score tracks all the actions fans take to interact with you - signing up, opening emails, attending events, buying merch, and more. Use it as a quick read on how active your fanbase is. Fans can be segmented and ordered by engagement score in the Audience Builder.
Earnings
Total fan revenue for the selected time period, drawn from transactional data imported into Openstage and any connected e-commerce integrations.
⚪ Note: For a full breakdown of performance metrics, see Broadcast Metrics.
Audiences
The Audiences section of the dashboard displays system audiences and any audiences you have pinned, alongside current and previous period growth. Navigate to Audiences in the left-hand menu to view all saved audiences. See Audience Builder for more detail.
Growth Tab
The Growth tab gives you an overview of fanbase growth and shows where new fans are coming from. See Growth Dashboard for a full breakdown of acquisition channels and metrics.
