Each editor’s profile lists his turnaround time. The order should be completed within the time the editor lists.
You'll receive a notification within Pixlmob as well as an email once the editor has delivered the final edits for an order. Before the editor can get paid, it is important for you to complete the order by marking the final edits as approved.
If the editor fails to deliver the media by the order's deadline, please dispute the order from your Pixlmob account. Our team will review the dispute and be able to issue a refund to your Pixlmob account.
