    2. Add Audio Descriptions using the Realync Voiceover feature

    4. Closed Captions are automatically activated for each video. If you need to edit Closed Captions (spelling, etc) follow these instructions from Realync’s Help Center.

    5. Publish the video so it appears in your Realync Library. If the Realync Approval Feature is activated your assigned Approver won’t be able to access the video during the Approval process if it is not Published to your Library.
(Publishing simply removes the video from your phone and adds it to the Realync library. Don’t worry - you can edit published videos!

APPROVAL REVIEW (if your account has the Approval Process activated. If not, proceed to building your Journey)

  • Once published to your Realync Library, submit your videos through Realync’s Approval Process as a Submitter. This will notify your assigned Approver that you've completed for their review and approval.

BUILD THE JOURNEY

  • Once your videos are Approved by your assigned Approver, you’ll be ready to Build your Journey!

  • Send Embed Code to assigned Approver for website placement.
