Use the Services dashboard (Admin Panel)

Learn how to open the Services dashboard, filter treatment and package sales, and read revenue trends, top sellers, and patient purchase activity.

Overview

The Services dashboard in your Admin Panel tracks in-app sales of treatments and packages. Use it to monitor total sales, revenue over time, transaction volume, daily revenue patterns, top-performing services, payment-method mix, average order value (AOV), and individual patient purchase history.

This article is for practice owners, managers, and admins who analyze treatment and package performance.

Before You Start

  • You need access to Reports in the Admin Panel.

  • Open Services from the Reports section of the left-side navigation.

  • The dashboard defaults to the last 365 days. Change the range with the Created date filter in the top left of the screen.

  • Report data refreshes every 5 minutes. To see updated numbers sooner, clear your browser cache and manually refresh the page.

Why It Matters

Treatment and package sales are core revenue drivers. The Services dashboard helps you:

  • See what’s selling with top-service rankings and quantity trends.

  • Track revenue momentum over days, weeks, and months.

  • Understand payment preferences via payout method breakdown.

  • Benchmark basket size with average order value (AOV).

  • Identify high-value patients in the all-patients purchase table.

How It Works

Revenue definition: Revenue reflects the payout amount (what your practice will be paid out from Stripe).

Time range: Charts and totals follow your Created date filter (default: last 365 days).

Services scope: Services includes both treatments and packages sold through the Patient App.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Open the Services dashboard

  1. Log in to the Admin Panel.

  2. Click Services in the Reports section of the left-side navigation.

  3. Review summary cards and trend charts at the top of the dashboard.

Change the date range

  1. On the Services dashboard, locate the Created date filter in the top left.

  2. Select the start and end dates you want to analyze.

  3. Wait for the dashboard to refresh, or clear cache and reload if numbers look stale.

Review top sellers and patient purchases

  1. Scroll to Top selling services to see which treatments and packages drove the most revenue.

  2. Review Payout method breakdown and Average order value (AOV) for checkout trends.

  3. Scroll to All patients that purchased services to see revenue attributed to individual patients.

Best Practices and Pro Tips

  • Compare Services to Redemptions. High sales with low redemptions may mean patients are buying but not booking — a marketing or front-desk follow-up opportunity.

  • Watch AOV during promotions. A drop in AOV may be expected during discount campaigns; pair with Shop Summary for promo-code detail.

  • Use top sellers to inform inventory and staffing. Promote high performers in the app and ensure capacity for popular treatments.

  • Check payout method breakdown after enabling Affirm or other financing options.

  • Export or screenshot monthly for leadership reviews if your role requires offline reporting.

Common Mistakes and FAQs

Q: Why don’t my numbers match Stripe exactly?

A: Revenue here reflects RepeatMD payout amounts and your selected date filter. Stripe may use different timing or include non-service transactions.

Q: Why is data a few minutes old?

A: Reports refresh every 5 minutes. Clear cache and refresh the page if you need the latest snapshot sooner.

Q: Does this dashboard include membership revenue?

A: No. Membership enrollments and renewals appear on the Memberships dashboard and in Shop Summary. This dashboard focuses on treatment and package purchases.

Q: What’s the difference between “Sales per day” and “Average revenue per day”?

A: Sales per day shows actual revenue earned on each day. Average revenue per day smooths daily variation into an average across the selected period.

Q: Can I see a specific patient’s purchases here?

A: Use All patients that purchased services for a practice-wide view. For a single patient, open their profile under Patients and review Order History. See View patient order history (Admin Panel).

Q: Are packages included in “services”?

A: Yes. Services covers both treatments and packages sold through the app.
