Map Search
After you've logged into the Associate platform, you'll start on the dashboard of the Admin portal. In the top right corner, you'll find a Map icon that will take you to the map search:
How do I access a listing card? - Listing cards are a helpful way to view high-level info like price, availability, and broker, without leaving the search. Clicking a listing card expands the card to show additional details, attachments, and more. Logging in gives you access to extra parcel details.
How do I make the map remember my last search? - This is an optional setting you can use if you find that you are usually reapplying the same search filters.

We make it easy to email your listings, although creating a report is often the best way to share listings with clients.
Reports
Reports let you package selected listings into a customizable format to share with clients or colleagues. You can include a title, description, display preferences, and optional contact tracking. Once saved, your report can be downloaded, viewed on a map, or shared directly.
Saved Searches
Saved Searches let you save your current map view and filters, so you can quickly run the same search later without re-entering your criteria. This is helpful if you regularly search the same areas or want to get notified when matching listings are added.
Member Requests
Use Member Requests to post your property needs (sometimes called "Needs/Wants") for a client, colleague, or yourself, and share it with members of your association. Add specific requirements, along with relevant notes, and your request will be available to others in your association.
To view your listings, from the Admin portal, just click on Requests on the left side menu.
Now that you're familiar with the basics, you can start using Associate. Have any questions? Visit our help center, or contact our support team from the Intercom widget that you'll find on every page:
