February 2024:
Anti-Spam Email Compliance
In Q4 2023, Google and Yahoo announced they both are enforcing best practices for bulk senders to cut down on the amount of spam emails their users receive every day starting on February 1, 2024. A small handful of changes, most notably the ability to unsubscribe from emails with one click, were made to ensure ReturnLogic emails are meeting these new requirements. Learn more about these global changes and how it impacts our users with custom email domains here.
March 2024:
Happy Returns
ReturnLogic has partnered with Happy Returns to offer customers the option to return items to Return Bars across the United States. For merchants, this allows for both a better experience for your customers as well as savings on shipping costs. Read more about setting up this integration here.
Shopify App
ReturnLogic launched our Shopify app, which includes a new, easier install process. Users can also log in with Shopify rather than via the ReturnLogic login page.
May 2024:
ShipBob Integration
ReturnLogic has partnered with ShipBob for an integration, allowing in-transit RMAs to create an order within ShipBob. Learn how to setup the integration here.
July 2024:
Shipping Label Links
In order to better offer support and minimize disruption during planned maintenance on the part of shipping providers, ReturnLogic has added links to the original shipping labels. This allows customers to find their shipping label if, for some reason, the image doesn't load in platform.
September 2024:
Customer Tags
Address returns fraud by preventing specific customers from creating returns. ReturnLogic offers you the ability to prevent specific customers from creating a return through your Returns Portal via customer tags in Shopify. Learn more here.
Barcode 128 Format
ReturnLogic has added support for longer barcodes/SKUs, which previously could run off the page of the packing slip. Now when a barcode is too long for the standard code 39 format, the barcode will revert to a code 128 format, allowing the full barcode to be present on the packing slip.
November 2024:
Order Tags
Use order tags in Shopify to block certain orders from being returned via the customer portal, such as final sale or other orders. Learn more here.
December 2024:
ReturnGuard
Recapture costs and boost your bottom line by allowing shoppers to purchase ReturnGuard with their orders, which guarantees free return shipping if they need to make a return. Learn more here.
