January 2024:

BigCommerce Integration

ReturnLogic now fully integrates with BigCommerce, an e-commerce provider. Just like our Shopify customers, BigCommerce customers now have access to powerful automations, extensive data analysis, and customizable tools to help manage returns and grow their businesses. Check it out now!

Fixed and Full Deduction Shipping

ReturnLogic now supports using Fixed and Full Deduction shipping on exchanges! All shipping types are compatible with all main return types (Refund, Credit, Exchange, Warranty), and those changes can be made on the Return Types page under Settings.

Learn more about how to configure your shipping options here.

Analytics

A new and improved Analytics offering, based on retailer feedback and requests. You can now dig deeper into Operations and Finance data over time and use your returns data to make improved business decisions. Check out the user guide here.

February 2024:

Anti-Spam Email Compliance

In Q4 2023, Google and Yahoo announced they both are enforcing best practices for bulk senders to cut down on the amount of spam emails their users receive every day starting on February 1, 2024. A small handful of changes, most notably the ability to unsubscribe from emails with one click, were made to ensure ReturnLogic emails are meeting these new requirements. Learn more about these global changes and how it impacts our users with custom email domains here.

March 2024:

Happy Returns

ReturnLogic has partnered with Happy Returns to offer customers the option to return items to Return Bars across the United States. For merchants, this allows for both a better experience for your customers as well as savings on shipping costs. Read more about setting up this integration here.
