Overview

This article will help you quickly get started on Salesflow. From connecting your account to creating your first campaign, and monitoring it.

Step 1 - Connect your LinkedIn account

Connect a Linkedin account. To connect a Linkedin account, please follow the steps in this guide, which was built specifically to show you how to connect your Linkedin profile.

To connect your LinkedIn account

  1. Click the Add New Linkedin account button

  2. Or head over to the settings and click LinkedIn account settings

  3. Click Add LinkedIn Account

  4. Fill in the LinkedIn credentials

  5. If you have your own proxy settings, toggle proxy settings on

    If you don't have your own proxy settings, then leave it off
    ​

  6. Click save changes

Step 2 - Create your first campaign

  1. Click the campaigns tab

  2. Click Add New campaign

  3. Select the campaign type and configure it using the guides below

There are several campaign types, and you need to know which one suits your needs. Here is a brief description of the campaign, and a guide attach to it.

  • A New Connections campaign will be sending invites to 2nd and 3rd connection level contacts, and send follow ups.

  • An Existing Contacts campaign will send follow-ups to all 1st connection level contacts imported into the campaign.

  • An Open InMails campaign will send InMails to all those open profiles imported into the campaign.

  • A Groups & Events campaign will send messages to those contacts imported coming from a Group or Event. Please note that those messages are sent via InMail, so you can use InMails campaign as well.

Once you have created your campaign, you have created your templates (here is a video tutorial on templates), and added your contacts to your campaign, is time to send it live.

Step 3 - Start your campaign

To start your campaign, simply click the play button. There are three campaign status, please note that they can change status from time to time, which is normal behavior.

Step 4 - Monitor your campaign

It's a good practice to check how your campaign is going. To do so, head over to the campaign, and click the statistics tab. There, you will be able to see how many invites the campaign has sent, how may connections you have made, how many messages the campaign has sent, how many emails, how many InMails have been sent, how many emails the campaign has sent and of the total emails how many of them were opened.

You can filter your progress by date, and export the data it as well.

Step 5 - Regularly check for new unread messages

The home tab will allow you to see how many unread messages you have, or you can also head over to the inbox directly.
