Available with ServerLife Premium.
ServerLife uses your hourly wage and recorded shift hours to calculate your wage earnings and include them in your take-home earnings.
Set one hourly wage for your shifts or assign different wages by position if your pay rate changes depending on the role you work.
Set a fixed hourly wage
Open More → Preferences.
Under Basics, tap Hourly Wage.
Turn on Track Hourly Wage.
Enter your hourly wage amount.
If you already track hourly wages through positions, tapping Hourly Wage shows a prompt directing you to Positions instead. You can also open Positions under About your work.
Set different wages by Position
When you select a Position with an assigned hourly wage while tracking a shift, that wage will be used instead of your fixed hourly wage.
Open More → Preferences.
Under About your work, tap Positions.
Tap Add Position.
Enter the Position Name and Hourly Wage.
Enable the Position so it can be selected when tracking a shift.
Tap Save Position when you’re finished.
How wage earnings are calculated
ServerLife multiplies your hourly wage by your recorded shift hours to calculate wage earnings.
Your wage earnings are included in calculations for Take Home, Take Home/Hour and Wages, which can be displayed in the summary field cards above the Calendar. To customize the field cards shown, navigate to Preferences → Calendar Summary → Summary Fields to Display.
For more information about recording your hours, see How to track your shift hours.
