ServerLife lets you customize what you track based on the way you work and what matters most to you. Choose the fields that are useful to you and leave the rest turned off.
You can turn fields on or off while adding a shift. For fields you use regularly, turn them on under Preferences so they appear by default each time you add a shift.
Some tracking options are available only with Premium and are identified below.
Earnings
Basic: Tips.
Premium: Separate cash and credit card tips, tip-outs, tip-ins, service charges and hourly wages.
Time and work details
Basic: Hours worked, including start and end times.
Premium: Jobs and positions, sections and shift types.
Sales and covers
Available with Premium. Record sales and covers (guests or clients). ServerLife uses these details to calculate tip percentage, sales per cover and tips per cover.
Mileage and deliveries
Available with ServerLife Premium. Track mileage, deliveries and any related earnings or fees.
Expenses
Available with ServerLife Premium. Additional work-related expenses, with the option to deduct them from your take-home earnings.
Notes and photos
Basic: Notes about anything you want to remember from a shift.
Premium: Photos, such as a checkout slip.
