The Omni Assessment Module is Simpology's module that can be configured to guide an Assessor through the Lender's Assessment process. This article lists the configuration steps that you need to follow to successfully setup Omni in your Lender channel - you can click through to specific articles to get more detail on each step.
Subscribe your Channel to the Omni solution. This must be done in order for the Omni Module to be enabled in your channel.
Configure your Permissions for Users to see (use) the Omni Module. These Permissions must be created to allow access/use of Omni and it's functionality; and then they must be linked to Users.
Setup Omni Group Collaboration. This configures what Omni Records and functions an Omni User has visibility of, when they are logged in to Omni.
Basic or Full Omni Filter. Decide if you want the Basic or Full Omni Filter, and if you want the Basic Filter, update the setting in the channel Profile.
Configure Statuses for your Application flows. You need to configure the statuses that you want your applications to move through from application creation through to settlement.
Setup Application Roles. Roles determine how a User can participate in applications when they are at certain statuses.
Create your Omni Teams. For each Assessment activity, you can set to auto-allocate to a Team (eg Packaging Team, Settlement Team).
Configure your overall Assessment workflow:
Configure Omni Processes. Your Omni Processes are your set of activities that your assessors need to complete to get from submission through to settlement.
Configure Omni Action items. Omni Action Items are the tasks that are set to be completed within each Omni Process.
Review Omni settings in Journey Setup. Use Journey Setup to configure how (and when) Loanapp application records are submitted into Omni.
Configure DLA Logic. You are able to configure DLA Groups that will ensure assessors work on (and approve) applications that are within their remit.
