For security reasons, email addresses cannot always be updated directly by users in the account settings. Our team will review your request, verify your account ownership, and let you know whether your existing account can be updated or whether a new Solarplaza account will need to be created.
In some cases, a new Solarplaza account may need to be created if the email change cannot be applied to an existing profile.
