Partners can access the Partner Portal after creating a Solarplaza platform account, joining the appropriate organization, and completing the partnership onboarding process. Once these steps have been completed, partner-specific resources become available through the My Dashboard > My Partnerships section.
Note: the Partner Portal is the area within the Solarplaza platform where partners manage deliverables and registrations.
Deliverables are the materials or information your organization must submit as part of your partnership agreement.
To access the Solarplaza Partner Portal, please complete the following steps:
Step 1. Create your Solarplaza account
Partners must first create a Solarplaza platform account using their business email address.
Step 2. Join your Organization
Once registered, the account must be linked to the relevant organization as a Member with an active membership plan (Free or Paid).
Step 3. Complete your Organization Profile
To ensure full access to partnership features, the organization should have:
Have a verified and completed company profile, including its logo, company description, location, areas of expertise, and company type.
Be linked to an active membership plan
Have the appropriate team members added to the organization's account with the required permissions.
Note: An active membership plan refers to an organization with a current Free or Paid Solarplaza membership.
Step 4. Access the Partner Portal
After the partnership has been confirmed and the onboarding process has begun, partners can sign in to the Solarplaza platform using their registered account.
You can access and manage your partnership through the My Dashboard > My Partnerships section, where partner-specific resources, deliverables, and information will be available.
