Your dedicated Business Development Manager will send you the Exhibitor Guide approximately one month before the event, which will include the confirmed move-in and move-out schedule, along with all setup instructions.
As a general guideline, exhibitor move-in typically takes place on the morning of the event from around 07:00, or, where the venue permits, on the evening before the event. Move-out usually begins after the event has concluded and is generally completed within 90 minutes of the final session, which is typically around 19:00.
