Your exhibition space includes a 3m × 2m booth (for Regular partners) or 5m × 2m booth (for Lead Partners). The booth comes with one table and two chairs, an electricity socket, and Wi-Fi access. Exhibitors may bring banners, pop-up walls, promotional materials, and product demonstrations, provided they fit within the allocated space. Basic items such as tape and scissors will be available, but any specialised mounting tools must be brought by the exhibitor or arranged with the venue.
For the Regular booth space, the typical table dimensions are 1.80 m in length and 0.60 m in width. For the Lead Partner booth space, two tables of the same size will be provided and placed next to each other.
