How can customers grant access to a unit with Nōke?

Inviting another user to share access to unit.

Should your customers need to share access to their unit with a family member, a friend or colleague or a removal company, they can do this easily through the Noke Smart Entry App.


To do this, they need to select the Share Unit tab at the bottom of the Noke app's home screen. This tab looks like a person next to a key.

Click on the '+' button at the top right of the screen.

Click on 'Share unit'.

The customer should then type in the mobile number for the person they wish to share their unit with.

When confirmed, the other invited user will receive a text message with a link to download the app. They can then sign in using their own mobile number.

💡 Please be aware that each unit needs to be shared separately. If the customer has more than one unit and wishes to share access to all of them, they need to share each one in turn.
