Consumer Desktop Platform - Landlord Functionality
Landlords have the option of logging into their Street account either through the Street Consumer App or by logging in on desktop via browser.
This article focuses on the seller functionality in desktop however for information on how this works via app see our Landlord Functionality (App) help article.
Landlord
Within their Street account via desktop, landlords have the ability to view their valuation report, manage their viewings including questions from applicants and viewing feedback, view their offers and applications, track their maintenance jobs, approve contractor quotes and view their monthly statements and documents.
Portfolio
From the main portfolio tab, landlords can view their portfolio of properties, highlighting the rental amount. From here they can click into a property to see specific details such as their valuation report, viewing questions and feedback and tenancy details.

Viewings
The viewings tab gives the landlord oversight of any upcoming, complete or cancelled viewings. From here the landlord can see key details of their viewings including the applicant's name, the viewing agent and manage their viewings by accepting / declining / cancelling.
Additionally the landlord can also see and respond to questions asked by the viewing agent during a viewing and see viewing feedback submitted by the applicant.

Offers & Applications
Landlords can view their lettings offers and applications from within their desktop account. However it's important to note that it is not possible for landlords to accept or decline offers or track individual progress within an application - these are for informational purposes only.

Maintenance
Landlords can track any ongoing and completed maintenance jobs as well as view and approve contractor quotes.
