This May, we introduced a whole host of new updates to help you work more efficiently and streamline your workflows. From new integration, to fast-track Property Reports, to effortless AML checks for landlords and tenants, we’ve released a wide range of updates all designed to improve your Street.co.uk experience. Here’s everything that’s new…

Sales

Brief your Sales Progressor in an instant

Now when you've completed the Buyer Ready details on a sale you can send a summary to your Sales Progressor in one single click. Once you have, they’ll receive an instant notification and email, totally removing manual admin while keeping the sale moving.

Lettings

Run AML checks for every landlord and tenant

You can now run anti–money laundering and mandatory financial sanctions checks for every new landlord or lettings applicant directly within Street.co.uk, safeguarding your agency, minimising risk and ensuring full regulatory compliance.

This works with both Smart Compliance and Landmark.

Companies are now supported as lettings applicants

Street.co.uk now supports companies as letting applicants, just like individual tenants. It’s a smoother process, with cleaner data and no need for workarounds.

When creating a lettings applicant simply click the 'applicant is a company' option.

Easily filter lettings by service level

Quickly narrow your tenancy table by filtering by service level so you can easily navigate to specific tenancies based on service level type like fully managed, rent collection or basic.

From the Tenancies table, filter by the Service Level Type dropdown.

Client Accounting

‍Automatically add contractor VAT

You now have the ability to mark contractors as VAT registered (or not) directly in their record. That means, whenever you add a charge or invoice, the correct VAT rate is applied by default, saving time and preventing any payment errors.

When editing a contractor you can toggle them as VAT registered.‍

Get tenant statements in seconds

Generate PDF statements for any date range straight from your ledger, no exports, no hassle.

‍From the tenancy ledger click actions > generate tenant statement.

Track outstanding invoices in an instant

Quickly view all unpaid invoices in one place–clearly grouped by contractor payments, landlord debts, and tenant charges–so you can stay organised and speed up your payment processes without searching each ledger.

Head to the Outstanding Invoices section of the main accounting area and you'll see a breakdown by contractor, owner and tenancy.

Gather real-time landlord funds from every maintenance job.

Now, you can view your landlord’s available balance directly on the maintenance job page, that means you can approve work, hold off, or request any extra funds instantly so every maintenance job keeps moving.

‍From a maintenance job, look for the Funds card on the right hand side where you can see balance information for the owner and tenant.

General and Settings

Take Street.co.uk with you on the go

Our revamped mobile friendly pages now make handling enquiries, accounts and tasks effortless on any device, no matter where you are.

Automatically hide deactivated users

Any deactivated accounts are now removed from the User Management page, allowing you to focus on active team members.

To view deactivated users click the 'show deactivated' toggle in user management.

Agent App

A new and improved app calendar

Our new and improved Agent App calendar gives you real-time visibility and control over your branch diary, right from your mobile and on the go between appointments, so you stay ahead of every schedule.

Rearrange viewings and keep everyone in the loop

Anytime you rearrange a viewing on the Agent App, you can now instantly confirm the new time with all parties, saving follow-up admin and keeping everyone in the loop.

Extra security for your app

Logging into the Agent App just got even more secure with biometric and passcode protection.

Easily check notes ahead of viewings

Need quick context before a viewing? You can now see notes saved on the applicant, directly from the viewing details in the Agent App.

Spectre data, revamped

The Agent App now reflects the latest Spectre branding. It's the same powerful data you know and trust, with a fresh new look.

More context, straight from your calendar

Your Agent App calendar now includes applicant names and key numbers, so you’re better prepared at a glance.

Mark viewing feedback as final

Initial feedback can now be marked as final directly from the Agent App. Once confirmed, it’s automatically moved to ‘Completed’ in your CRM, keeping your feedback organised and up to date.
