As part of flexible Roles & Permissions, you can now control which roles are allowed to create sales offers. That means clearer ownership and confidence that offers are handled by the right people, in the right way.

Street.co.uk can now automatically relay sales offers to owners after a timeframe you control, ensuring every offer is sent professionally, compliantly, and without relying on memory.
As a company admin, head to company settings > general settings > Automate Sales Offer Sending. Toggle the feature on and set the number of hours before the offer is sent.
Personal interest disclosures, applied automatically.
Flag personal interests directly on a person record, automatically applying compliant disclosures across portals, brochures, and public property pages - ensuring every listing meets Section 21 requirements.
As a company admin, head to company settings > general settings > Enable Disclosure of Personal Interest. Toggle the feature on, enter the statement to show and if it should show before or after the description.
You can then mark a person as falling under the section 21 requirement by editing their person page under additional options.

Instant affordability checks
Assess tenant affordability directly within the lettings offer. No manual calculations, fewer mistakes, and a clear audit trail, all without leaving your workflow.
When creating a lettings offer and entering the rent and tenant annual income, you will now see the calculate rent affordability section that will show the applicants collective affordable monthly rent, based on the gross income being at least 30x the monthly rent.
Track pricing changes at a glance
A new column in the Listing Performance table now shows the date of the last price reduction, giving your team clearer visibility into pricing history and performance.
Clear marketing consent. Every time
You can now make marketing preferences mandatory, ensuring every person added to Street has a definitive yes or no recorded. That means clearer conversations upfront and cleaner, more compliant records.
As part of the mandatory fields feature, company admins can mark marketing consent as required from company settings > mandatory fields > person.

Keep contractors aligned without the admin
Send contractors a clean, professional PDF of their open jobs in one click, reducing chasing, speeding up completions, and keeping expectations clear.
From a contractor page, click the 'send open jobs' button at the top right to send a list of their open jobs, including those where the work has been complete but payment is outstanding.
Find the update you need, instantly
You can now search within any activity log using keywords, filter by team member, and hide automated entries. Less scrolling, faster answers, and better conversations with landlords and tenants.
From any page, use the search box at the top of activity stream to quickly search through it.
Close maintenance jobs in bulk
Finish multiple completed jobs at once, saving time and reducing repetitive admin.
From the maintenance job table, click the checkboxes on the left of the jobs (or click the checkbox at the top to select all jobs in view / matching your filters) and click mark as closed at the bottom right. Any jobs already closed, cancelled or with unpaid invoices will be skipped.
Replace uploaded maintenance invoices
Quickly swap incorrect invoices without re-uploading or manual workarounds.
From a maintenance job, click the three dots at the top right of the 'awaiting invoice payment' section and click edit invoice. From here you can replace the invoice file if needed.
Send inspection reports directly to tenants
Share reports instantly, keeping tenants informed and reducing follow-up queries.
With an inspection report uploaded, click send and choose whether to sent to the tenant and/or the owner.
See automated email attachments in the activity log
All automatically sent attachments are now logged, giving you clearer visibility and a complete audit trail.
From the activity stream, you'll see any attachments on automated emails, like inspection report sent, shown at the bottom of the email.
More contractor certificates supported
Terms of Engagement, Terms of Business, and Product Liability certificates can now be uploaded and tracked in Street.
From a contractor page, you can add their compliance certificates from the Compliance tab.

More flexible inspection merge tags
New merge tags for inspection notes and inspector names make inspection communications clearer and more personal.
These merge fields can be found in correspondence templates and notification content relating to inspections.
Smarter AI safety certificate validation
The AI safety certificate reader now validates property addresses, improving accuracy and reducing manual checks.
If the address doesn't match, you'll see a warning on screen however you can still proceed if you're confident the document is correct.

Partner Platform
Roll out partners branch by branch
Choose exactly which branches connect to each partner, making it easy to trial partnerships, roll out gradually, or tailor referrals to how your network works.
Company admins can head to company settings > partner platform > branch settings > and choose which branch should have access to the partner platform and which branch each broker should connect to.

Clearer pipelines for faster completions
Brokers can now sort referrals by status, from lead through to completion, keeping everyone aligned and momentum moving.
Total control over when referrals appear
If referrals aren’t right for your agency yet, you can now hide the Partner Platform entirely, removing it from menus and journeys until you’re ready so your CRM stays focused on what matters to you.
Company admins can head to company settings > partner platform > click the 'hide partner platform' button to hide it from the account.
Note - The option to hide the partner platform will only show if there are no invited partners.
Client Accounting
