Street Development Updates for July 2026 - Part 1

A guide on the June 2026 Part 1 development updates

Written by Hannah Malarky Andrew

Sales and onboarding updates

Complete PIQ's without the app

The Property Information Questionnaire now opens right in the browser, so vendors and landlords can complete it without downloading the app or logging in, with progress saved as they go.

Clients will receive a link to complete their PIQ via browser when you choose to resend the PIQ request email from the PIQ card. Or you can copy the web link and share with your client manually.

For more information, see this help article.

Save your booking diary views

Save a preferred view on each viewing, valuation and photo-and-measure diary, so the people you book for most often are always front and centre the moment you open it.

When booking an appointment, the previously used saved view will remain for the next time you book an appointment.

Export and permission your task lists

Export task lists in a click, and use a new permission to control who can delete a task, giving you cleaner oversight of your team's workflow.

For more information, see this help article.

Lettings updates

Contact guarantors from rent arrears chasing

Chase guarantors directly from the arrears flow, with guarantor-specific templates and a full audit trail. Guarantor contact is tracked in its own right, so the tenant's reminder journey stays exactly as it should.

For more information, see this help article.

Compliance updates

Edit the Form 4A before you serve it

Open the Form 4A in an editing modal, with every pre-populated field on the left and a live preview on the right that updates as you type. Fine-tune anything you need, then generate it with or without eSign, all on the official government form.

For more information, see this help article.

Landlord to fix on safety certificate jobs

The new Landlord to fix option lets you record when a landlord is arranging a certificate renewal themselves, keeping your compliance picture complete and up to date.

For more information, see this help article.

More granular permissions across lettings and accounting

Four new per-role permissions cover credit notes, EPC edits, Has Gas status and existing deposits, so you can align your most sensitive actions to exactly how your agency divides responsibilities.

For more information on permissions, see this help article.

Agent App updates

Mileage visibility

The agent app now tailors itself to your network's mileage setting, showing mileage options only where they apply. It's cleaner for your team and controlled centrally from network settings.

For more information, see this help article.

Partner Platform updates

Custom statuses

Shape your referral pipeline around the way your team works. Add, rename and remove referral statuses from the Status Management page, while the core stages stay in place to handle commissions and filtering.

Lost deal reporting

A new suite of Performance charts, including Loss by Reason, Stage Before Loss, Time to Loss, and a Where Deals Drop Out Sankey with CSV export, gives brokers a clear view of exactly where deals fall away.

Duplicate referral friction

Helpful prompts now flag when the same person is about to be referred to the same broker for the same service within a short window, keeping your referrals clean and your data tidy.

Appointment booked status setting

Choose which status Calendly appointments land in, so the integration fits neatly around your customised pipeline.
