Controlling who can access and change what in your system keeps your data safe and your team focused on their jobs. Setting up permissions correctly means everyone sees exactly what they need — nothing more, nothing less.

From the main menu, open the“Users & Roles” dropdown and select“User Profiles”.

Select the user profile that you would like to adjust. Remember that user profiles correspond to roles. By adjusting the user profile’s permissions, you control what a role has access to.

Click on the“AI Tool Permissions” tab on the left-hand side.

Toggle permissions on or off according to your needs, allowing or restricting access to AI design features such as adding, deleting or editing facets, editing roof edges for roofing designs or moving panels for solar designs.

Upon updating permissions, you will see a confirmation message appear at the bottom of the screen.
