What's New in This Release

We’re back with another power-packed update!

This release brings smarter financing syncs, better admin controls, enhanced project flexibility, and a fresh monitoring dashboard, designed to help you manage workflows, users, and projects more efficiently than ever.

Here’s a look at the latest features:Roofing AI Design ToolOur integrated Roofing AI Design Tool makes creating accurate roof layouts faster than ever.

TheDefault Modeautomatically detects facets, gutter lines, azimuth, and pitch values from imagery.

Special edges can be added or edited as needed.

TheManual Modelets you start from scratch and design facets yourself.

Moreover, ChooseImagery Sourcesfrom Google HD, Nearmap, Vexcel, or Google Static.

Ensite Site Survey – Exclude States & Webhook Field MappingYou can now exclude specific states from scheduling Ensite Site Surveys.

If a proposal’s state matches one of the excluded states, the“Schedule Site Survey” button will no longer appear once it’s converted to CWDS.

In addition, admins can map surveyscheduledandcompletiondates in Ensite settings.

With a webhook set up by your account manager, those dates will automatically flow into the project’s details—saving time and reducing manual updates.

AI Tool (Self Design) – Switch to Request DesignIf a sales rep starts with self design but runs into obstacles, there’s now no need to create a second proposal.

Simply click the“Re-design Request” button, fill in the necessary details, and the request will be routed directly to the design team—just like the regular request design flow.

Change Password for User LoginAdmins can now reset passwords for any user directly from theUserspage.

Once changed, the system will automatically notify the user via email, ensuring they can log in with the updated credentials right away.

Assign States to Roofing AddersYou now have granular control over roofing adders availability.

Assign roofing adderstospecific statesin the database, or leave the field blank to make them available nationwide.

Loan Amount Adjustment for SolarWhen enabled, the system will automatically adjust thePPWto match the set loan amount in the Solar Details “Pricing” section.

If the set loan amount falls below the redline PPW, the rep won’t be able to finalize the finance option, and an error message will appear—ensuring proposals remain within profitable margins.

Concert Finance for HVAC& BatteryConcert’s financing options are expanding.

You can now offerloan-type financingfor HVAC andbatteryprojects, giving customers more flexible payment solutions. (Cash payment isn’t supported for these project types yet.)California Thrive Finance PopupFor California proposals where a customer is declined for all lease financing options (LR, SOLRITE, etc.), an automatic popup will now offerThrivefinancing as an alternative—if Thrive is integrated into your account.

Welcome Call – Loan Partner SelectionTheWelcome Call surveynow supports loan partner selection.

IfLoanis chosen as the deal type, you can select the relevantloan partnerfrom a dropdown, ensuring clean and consistent reporting.

Link SubHub to Integrated Partner in Welcome CallYou can now link aSubHub organizationto an integrated partner during setup.

Integrated partners can use shared surveys from the SubHub org without editing them.

Billing and monitoring remain with the SubHub org.

Integrated partners can still track performance (e.g., survey counts, response rates) through either their own login or the SubHub account.

POST API for Webhooks – Auto Survey LinkA new POST API allows external systems to send customer data directly to SubHub.

Instead of manually creating URLs with tokens and IDs, just send the data via POST and receive anauto-generated survey linkin response.

If the request includes a customer email, SubHub will automatically send the survey link to them.

Customer Username Change in Customer PortalAdmins can now directly update a customer’s username from theCustomer Portal Infosection of the project, making it easier to correct errors or reflect changes.

Introducing Generator as a New Job TypeWe’ve introducedGeneratorsas a new job type.

Create proposals and projects specifically for generator installations, complete with a dedicated database tab for adding and managing generator equipment.

Hide Adder Pricing in Public ProposalYou can now hide detailed adder pricing from public proposals.

When enabled, adder details will be replaced with a generic label such as “Roofing” or “Solar” to keep public-facing documents cleaner and more customer-friendly.

IGS Solar –Update Contract Details, Add Existing IGS Solar Account, &Request Change Order after Contract SigningForIGS Solarprojects, contract details can now be updated directly from theProjectssection—no need to navigate through multiple menus.

Moreover, in IGS Solar proposals, you can nowadd an existing Account IDsimply by requesting one from IGS Solar.

Unlike earlier, if you want torequest achange orderafter the contract is signed, that's possible now, too!

Funding Permissions for Sales RepsFrom a user profile, you can now set funding permissions toedit,view-only, orhide completelyfor sales reps.

If both edit and view are disabled, the funding section won’t be visible to that rep at all.
