This release is packed with updates that give your team more control behind the scenes, cleaner sales workflows, stronger finance experiences, and smoother project execution. From smarter automations and proposal improvements to new integrations and visibility tools, these enhancements are designed to help every team work faster with fewer manual steps.
Admin: Smarter Controls, Cleaner Operations
This release gives admins more control over documents, automations, and day-to-day setup. Document Triggers can now be shared with connected Sales Organisations, so EPC-created signing workflows automatically become available across sales teams.
The Design Tool field for finance partners is now an active dropdown that makes adding or changing multiple connected design tools much easier. Automation management also gets a boost with Automation History, where you can search by automation name and reveal hidden If/Else events with a dedicated toggle, making troubleshooting much faster.
Managing data is cleaner and more flexible across the platform. Discount Details are now visible to admins, while Beta Features can be enabled or disabled directly from a dedicated section by the Admin once they're made available by the Account Manager. If a stage input is deleted, the new Deleted filter lets you restore it in a click.
You can also grant Edit Report permissions by user profile, revisit active announcements through the new Announcement Archive, and give specific roles, not just admins, control over the Domestic Content toggle for IGS Solar, GoodLeap, and LightReach. Stage Input values can now be marked active or inactive, with changes applying only to newly created projects.
Automation and organisation controls become much more powerful too. Project details like Utility Company, Installer Name, Office Name, and Ensite Site Survey Status can now be used inside automation conditions, while new operators such as 'Contains', 'Starts With', 'Ends With', 'Is Empty', plus 'In and Not In' give you far more flexibility when building workflows. Trigger Webhooks now work across Customers, Leads, Proposal QC Reviews, and Commissions, with a new Map Fields option that lets you choose exactly which data is sent in the webhook payload.
On top of that, organisations can enable or disable the Customer Portal, build richer reports with the new Summary Table chart, sync new offices with parent organisation preferences in one click, and automatically reassign a disabled user's leads and customers so work never loses ownership.
Sales Velocity: Faster Selling, Fewer Interruptions
This release helps sales teams move through proposals with fewer manual steps and better customer visibility. Non-Export System support now works alongside the Add-On System dashboard, updating production graphs to show when excess solar energy isn't exported back to the grid. Solar Commissions are now built directly into panels, batteries, and adders, with editable commission percentages available for loan proposals. Finding the right deals is easier too, with Roof Insurance now available as a filter across both the Customers page and Project listings.
Proposal workflows also get a major upgrade with the new Water Purification proposal flow. Teams can build reusable package preferences, generate AI-powered packages on the spot, automatically pull water reports from the customer's address, and customise products, adders, pricing, and quantities before sending a proposal. On the compliance side, Welcome Call PDFs are now automatically added to proposal PDFs, while customer language confirmations help verify the preferred language before loan signing and Welcome Calls.
Finally, document handling becomes much smoother. SubHub Sign now lets users align multiple fields at once for faster document formatting, and the new Scanifly Order Design button keeps reps inside SubcontractorHub by letting them start Scanifly designs directly from the proposal instead of switching between platforms.
Finance: More Flexibility, Less Back-and-Forth
Finance workflows are now faster and more intuitive. The Aven financing experience has been redesigned with a guided flow that pre-fills proposal details, displays both the requested and maximum qualified amounts, and lets reps compare available rates and terms without leaving the proposal. A new Change Terms option makes adjustments easier, while Start Over lets reps reset the financing flow after unfinalizing when needed. Manage Solrite pricing for Seamless sales organisations on supported projects
Payment management is also more flexible with GoodLeap Payment API refunds. Teams can now process full or partial refunds directly from Payment History, choose the refund amount, and specify the reason, making post-payment changes much easier to manage without extra back-and-forth.
Project Management: Better Visibility, Stronger Project Control
Project management gets a boost with smarter visibility and easier file management. At-risk projects now include a Project Coordinator filter, making it easier to narrow down projects by ownership, while the View Details option opens projects in a new tab so teams can review them without losing their place.
Managing project files is cleaner too. Project Attachments now support archiving and unarchiving, letting teams remove older files from the active list without deleting them. And for organisations using Sunrgy, projects now display dedicated Sunrgy Contacts and Order Details after an order is placed, giving teams quick access to representative information, stock visibility, order progress, and downloadable estimate and invoice PDFs, all from within the project.
