Organization & User Settings

  • Automatic installer preference syncing — Default preferences configured by a connected installer can automatically load for the connected EPC or sales organization.

  • User-level theme toggle — Users can switch between the new and old UI themes from their profiles. First-time logins include an introductory pop-up and a notification badge on the profile menu.

Reporting

Sales Velocity — More Flexible Proposals

New capabilities help sales teams manage document workflows, bring property data into proposals, and support additional financing and job types.

Proposals & Design

  • SubHub Sign participant indicators — Color-coded tags in the template preview identify each person involved in the PDF workflow. Pages show the relevant tags based on who needs to provide input, including multiple tags when several participants are required.

  • Battery-only proposal support — Create proposals for battery-only jobs with dedicated preference options, equipment configurations for backup and non-backup systems, and tailored proposal flows.

  • Home Improvement Proposal Improvements - Home improvement proposals now run on an updated prototype that uses the products already in your database. Build packages from products and adders, then switch packages anytime from the proposal details page. You can add standalone adders, which apply to the whole proposal rather than the package.

  • New UI Improvements for All Job Types - Solar, roofing, HVAC, battery, and home improvement proposals now have a cleaner, more intuitive layout, both during proposal creation and on the proposal details page.

  • Advanced Tree Editing in AI-Assisted Design - AI-assisted roof designs for solar proposals now account for shade from trees on and around the roof, showing how much sun each section actually gets so you can place panels where they’ll perform best.
