Overview
This release is packed with upgrades that help your team work smarter across proposals, projects, admin settings, and tasks. Whether you're an office admin tightening up workflows or a sales rep chasing faster closes, there's something here for you.
Why this matters: These updates reduce manual steps, give you better visibility into what's happening across your projects, and help your team stay organized — so nothing falls through the cracks.
Admin Updates: Clean, Custom, Controlled
Smarter controls, cleaner data, and better visibility power your admin workflows this month.
1. Null and Not Null Fields in Job Stage Inputs
Two new filter options — Null and Not Null — are now available in the dependent field dropdown when filling out job input forms.
Null = the field has no value (is empty)
Not Null = the field has any value (is filled in)
Pro Tip: Use these filters to create smarter form logic — for example, only show certain fields when a previous field has been filled in.
2. On-Hold Trigger in Project Automations
A new automation trigger for the On Hold stage has been added to Project Automations. This means you can now automatically send notifications, assign tasks, or trigger emails whenever a project is paused.
Real-World Example: When a roofing project goes on hold due to weather, an automation can immediately notify the customer and reschedule the install crew.
3. Control Document Template Visibility with "Is Parent Template"
A new "Is Parent Template" checkbox lets you decide whether a document template is accessible to your entire parent organization or restricted to a specific office. It's enabled by default.
Pro Tip: If you have office-specific contracts or disclosures, uncheck this so only that office sees the template.
4. Hide Job Stages or Inputs with "Hidden For" Field
Control who sees what! The new "Hidden For" field lets you restrict specific job stages and inputs from certain team members. Users will only see what's relevant to their role.
5. Task Notifications in Separate Tabs
Task-related notifications now appear in separate tabs for easier tracking. You'll also receive notifications for new and overdue tasks, so nothing slips through.
6. Filter Tasks by Priority
A new Priority filter in the Tasks section lets you sort and focus on high-impact tasks first, making daily operations more efficient.
7. Run Tests on Automations
Before activating automations, you can now run a live test using recent data. Test runs are available for Projects, Customers, Proposals, and Leads — helping you confirm everything works before going live.
8. Customizable Task Fields
The Manage Table Columns feature now extends to tasks. You can reorder and customize task fields for a workspace that fits your team's needs.
9. Customizable Signature Settings
When templates are signed, you can now customize whose name appears in outgoing emails — whether it's the office name or organization name — ensuring brand consistency.
10. Clone Existing BOM Templates
You can now duplicate existing Bill of Materials (BOM) templates instead of creating new ones from scratch. This saves time and keeps things consistent across similar projects.
💡 BOM (Bill of Materials): A detailed list of all materials, equipment, and quantities needed for a project — like your project's shopping list.

Sales teams get greater clarity and control over customer management with improved filters, tracking tools, and self-service options.
Key Highlights:
Improved pipeline filters for better lead tracking
Faster quoting tools to get proposals out the door
Self-service customer options to reduce back-and-forth
