Overview Page
The Overview Page (formerly Home Page) provides a high-level overview of your case, including key patient information such as medical history, date of the incident, location of the incident, and a brief incident description.
As new documents are uploaded and processed, the overview automatically updates to reflect the latest information.
If you are using one of our case management integrations—such as Litify or SmartAdvocate—you’ll also see related case details displayed at the bottom of the page.
Status Box
This section provides the overall status of the case. Whether it's in pre-litigation or litigation as well as what elements of the case have been completed.
You may see a red ! that will accompany a Review button. This will indicate any recent failed file uploads. Clicking on the Review button will provide a list of those files.
Info Box
This section provide a brief overview of the case type, stage, assignee, and support team.
AI Assistant in Supio
The AI Assistant is Supio’s built-in chat for asking questions about your case files. It is accessible from every tab in Supio, so you never have to leave your current workflow to pull an answer, run analysis, or verify a detail.
Tools
This section provides quick access to your Drafting Tools such as Blueprints and Draft from Example. More Drafting Tools are available in the Drafting tab.
Details
The Details section is populated when you are using one of our case management integrations, such as Litify or Smart Advocate. This will contain essential case information such as incident details, patient information, and more.
Tabs
The left-side of your screen is home to all of your tabs. This is where you will switch between accessing the Overview, Timeline, Drafting, Files, Economics pages and more.
