Invalid: The contact's phone number is invalid (usually caused by an inactive phone number, landline, or missing number).

If there are messages that they must see from the school, consider sending them through an additional communication method such as email.

Contacts who have been unsubscribed have been removed from receiving any communications at a particular school. If a contact needs to be resubscribed, follow the steps in this help article.

Contacts may choose to opt out of TalkingPoints messaging completely. Although contacts have this option, ensure that it is what they intended to do and can receive important school or district information through another communication method. To help families opt into messaging again, see this help article on how to access the opt in phone number if the contact has deleted the message thread.
Blocked: Contact has been blocked by a TalkingPoints staff member for breaching our terms of service.
