Learn how to guide families who are rostered through Clever, ClassLink, or TalkingPoints Connector to successfully access their students' classes.

Questions families may have about how to access their student's classes:

Q: How do I join my student's class?

A class code is unavailable for families rostered through the school or district. This means that there is no need to "join a class." Families log in, wait 2 days for the information to sync, then all classes will appear in the Settings section of the app. See the instructions below:

Step 1: Go to 'Settings.'
Step 2: Tap on a student's name to see their classes.

Q: What if I don't see my student's classes?

If any of the student's classes do not appear, families must contact the school to confirm that the correct contact phone number is registered to the student. The school admin can make sure the student's information is correct in the school information system (SIS), and showing correctly in Clever, ClassLink, or TalkingPoints Connector.

Q: What if the information about my student is incorrect?

If the student's information is incorrect or missing, families must contact the school to report the error and provide the correct name, school, and phone number. The admin can make the necessary adjustments in the SIS. After the nightly sync, the data will reflect the updated information.
