📍 Before using RAG view, please note:
Tended devices need to be assigned to your project or site
Devices need to be assigned in asset mode
We recommend giving your devices nicknames
How to use the RAG view
Log in to your Tended Dashboard, find your project and click "View Project"
Click the "RAG" tab at the top of the screen
Here you can see different colour tiles that correspond to your live site assets
See all asset information from these tiles. What do the coloured tiles on the RAG mean?
Click on each tile to view information about each asset, i.e. speed, location
From here, acknowledge or approve alerts and view the alert history
