How long does shipping take?
After your design is approved, production takes 1 to 3 business days. Then shipping times depend on your location: 2 to 5 business days for the UK, 5 to 10 for Europe, and 7 to 14 for the rest of the world.

Can I get faster shipping?
Yes. If you need your card urgently, contact us and we will check the express shipping options available for your location. Let us know as early as possible — ideally before or right after you approve your design.
What carrier do you use?
We use a mix of carriers including Royal Mail and DHL, depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.
Do I need to pay customs duties?
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the V1CE order price.
