Can I get faster shipping?
Yes, faster shipping is available on request. Contact V1CE and the team checks the express shipping options available for your location. Let V1CE know as early as possible, ideally before or right after you approve your design. For full detail on how express shipping works, see How do I get my V1CE card faster? Express and overnight shipping.
How do I use V1CE before my physical card arrives?
You can use V1CE before your physical card arrives by setting up your V1CE page and sharing it digitally. Your V1CE page is the same page your physical card will eventually open. Build it now and you are ready to share before the card lands.
Log in at app.v1ce.co (create an account if you have not already).
Build your V1CE page in the Pages section.
Copy your V1CE page link from the page and share it by email or text.
Add your V1CE page to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet so you can show the QR code from your phone. See How do I save my page to my digital wallet?
Download your V1CE page QR code from the QR codes section in the dashboard and put it on a poster, slide, or email signature.
Anyone you share with lands on the same V1CE page they would have seen by tapping your physical card. When your physical card arrives, activate it and it will open the same page you have already built.
What carrier do you use?
V1CE uses a mix of carriers including Royal Mail, DHL, and regional consolidators, depending on your destination and the shipping option selected at checkout.
Do I need to pay customs duties?
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the V1CE order price. V1CE cannot waive customs duties or import VAT on the recipient's behalf.
US import duties and tariffs
For V1CE customers in the United States, US import duties or tariffs may apply when V1CE ships from the UK or another non-US warehouse. V1CE operates a US-based warehouse (in Paragould, Arkansas) which fulfils a portion of US orders to reduce import friction. Where an order is routed through the US warehouse, US customers typically do not see additional import duties. Where an order ships internationally to the US, the standard US import rules apply and any duty is the recipient's responsibility.
If you have a question about whether your specific order will attract US duty, contact V1CE support with your order number and the team will check the dispatch routing.
To check the status of a specific order, log in at v1ce.co/dashboard/orders, or send V1CE a chat message with your order number for a tracking link.
