Learn Step by Step, Choose Prospects & Sequence

Updated over a week ago

Campaigns allow you to sequence actions such as profile visits, follows, connection requests, and messages while adhering to specific timelines and conditions. All of this is done completely automatically!

Launch a Campaign from a lead list

Thanks to the "Quick Launch", from a lead list, you can launch a campaign quickly and easily. 😎

⚠️ It is not possible to launch a campaign from "All prospects."

Select your leads

First, go to the list of your choice and select the contacts you want to target. Once you've made your selections, you can start a campaign by clicking on "Start a Campaign" in the bulk bar at the top.

💡 Good to know

You can add prospects to a campaign either before or after its launch.

Once your campaign is launched, the actions will be added to the queue and processed within the specified timeframe.

Select your sequence

From "Start a Campaign", you can select the sequence you prefer.

  • Waalaxy offers four recommended sequences: Invitation, Invitation + 2 Messages, Message (network only), and Email Finder.

  • Click on “Browse sequences” to explore our range of sequences.

Create your campaign and launch it

Example of sequence: Invitation + Message

1. Name your campaign

2. Invitation: Decide whether to include a note with your invitation.

  • With a note, you can set up the message you want to send to your leads as soon as the invitation is accepted.

  • You can also set it up in advance from Campaigns > Message templates > Note.

  • If you have a Freemium LinkedIn account, you can only send 5 notes per month, with a 200-character limit each.

3. Delay: Once your prospect has accepted the invitation, select the waiting period before proceeding to the next action. The deadline can extend up to 28 days.

⚠️ Delays cannot be modified after your campaign has been launched.

4. Message: If your prospects didn’t reply to your invitation, they will receive the follow-up message.

  • You can use Waami, an AI-powered message generator designed to create impactful messages and optimize your prospecting campaigns. 🔥

What are the Conditions and Delays of a Campaign?

To ensure that prospects can be added in a sequence and launch in a campaign, they have to meet the necessary entry conditions.

☝️ Example

Only prospect who are not connected with you can be launched in an invitation campaign.

💡 Good to know

No worries, we have some useful safeguards:

  • A person cannot be included twice in the same campaign or in two different campaigns simultaneously.

  • Regarding invitations: you can't send a second one to the same person.

  • We always check before sending a message if this prospect has already received the same one in the past; if so, we cancel the sending.

Note that there are different types of conditions.

  • In your "Invitation + Message" campaign, your prospect must accept the connection request before receiving the message. This is the condition to fulfill.

  • In your "2 Messages" campaign, your prospect must not have responded and/or seen the first message in order to be followed up with the second message. This is the condition to fulfill.

You can view the conditions of a campaign in its structure; they appear in pink.

💡 Good to know

👽 If prospects don't accept your invitation within 15 days, they will be removed from the campaign and not receive the message. However, if they do accept your connection request, they will receive the message. After a short waiting period, they will exit the campaign.

👽 If you receive a reply from a prospect in response to any of your notes, messages, or emails, they will be removed from this campaign and will no longer receive any more messages as part of this sequence.

  • They will be marked with "Has replied" status, so you can filter them in the campaign.
