Depending on your Waalaxy subscription, certain limits apply to the user (that's you!) prospecting actions. There are no restrictions on the number of campaigns, lists, or pending actions. These limits have been established to optimize Waalaxy's performance. Let's have a look at them!

How to Manage the Import Pop-up?

After downloading our extension, to facilitate future imports, you need to pin the Waalaxy extension. It saves time. 😉

  1. Click on the "puzzle" next to your search bar.

  2. Then, click on the "pin" icon to the right of “Waalaxy”.

The Import Modal

From your LinkedIn page or your Sales Navigator page, there is an import modal.

1. Select a member: On a Team plan, you can select the member from whom you want to import prospects.

2. Select a list: Select the list into which you'd like to import your prospects, or create a new one.

3. Number to import: Choose how many prospects you wish to import in your app.

➡️ For example: You can choose to import 100 prospects.

💡 Good to know:

  • From LinkedIn, you can import up to a maximum of 1000 leads.

  • From Sales Navigator, you can import up to a maximum of 2500 leads.

4. Starting page: When you start an initial import, it stops to a page. You can resume this import from the page where the tool stopped, or modify it yourself.

5. Advanced settings:

  • Move duplicated to import list: Waalaxy manages duplicated, but when this option is activated you can automatically transfer leads already present in one of your lists to the list you are importing into.

  • Team duplicate security: when this option is activated, you can't import a prospect who is already in the app of another team member (this feature is only included in the Team subscription).
