Depending on your Waalaxy subscription, certain limits apply to your prospecting actions. There are no restrictions on the number of campaigns, lists, or pending actions. These limits have been established to optimize Waalaxy's performance.

How to manage the import modal?
After downloading the Waalaxy extension, pin it to your browser to facilitate future imports. This saves time. 👌
Click on the "puzzle" icon next to your search bar.
Click on the "pin" icon to the right of “Waalaxy”.
The import modal
From your LinkedIn or Sales Navigator page, you can access the import modal.
Steps to import prospects:
Select a member: On a Team plan, choose the member from whom you want to import prospects.
Select a list: Choose the list into which you'd like to import your prospects, or create a new one.
Number to import: Select the number of prospects you wish to import.
💡 Good to know:
From LinkedIn, you can import up to a maximum of 1000 leads.
From Sales Navigator, you can import up to a maximum of 2500 leads.
From Recruiter Lite, you can import up to a maximum of 2500 leads.
4. Starting page: When starting an initial import, it stops at a page. You can resume this import from the page where the tool stopped, or modify it yourself.
5. Advanced settings:
Move duplicates to import list: Waalaxy manages duplicates, but when this option is activated, you can automatically transfer leads already present in one of your lists to the list you are importing into.
Team duplicate security: When this option is activated, you can't import a prospect who is already in the app of another team member (this feature is only included in the Team subscription).
Clean my import: This feature enhances the quality of your import results from LinkedIn or Sales Navigator by using the "Job title" field instead of the general search bar. It excludes prospects whose job titles do not match your search criteria, improving the accuracy of your results. 👽
