MEMBER MAP is a space in PORTAL where you can find where other Members or Groups are throughout the world.

✅ Step-by-Step
⚠️ This can only be done from the web platform, not the mobile app.
The first time you share your location is during the SIGN-UP FLOW. If you ever need to change your location are change the viewing permissions, read how over at Editing MY-PORTAL
OVERVIEW MAP | KEY
When you first enter MEMBER MAP, you'll see the list of Continents and the number of members subscribed to each. You can only 'subscribe' to your location. This does not represent any on who has NOT subscribed to MEMBER MAP
PLACES TAB
When you open a continent you can start Exploring the PLACES tab. This will take you from the CONTINENT > COUNTRY > REGION / STATE > CITY
Once you are at the City Level, click any further will switch you to the PEOPLE TAB.
PEOPLE TAB
You can toggle to the 'People' tab at any time in the experience — and it's recommend to as some members might have only share the continent or country they are from (so they won't appear in the Region/State/City level.
Hover over a Member to see their 'Profile Preview Card' and add them as a Friend
Or click on their name to get a larger profile view
If you see your profile picture next to one of their groups (e.g., WatersAbove's profile pic) — that means it's a group you are both a part of!
GROUPS TAB
If you want to reach out to members in your area, you can see the GROUPS in your area — this is in BETA right now.
