🔑 Setup for Success
Before you start tagging, here are a few things worth knowing:
1 | Group search shows ALL public Groups on the platform — not just the ones you belong to. This makes it easy to surface Groups you may not have discovered yet. |
2 | You can tag a private Group in your post. The card will be visible to everyone, but it will clearly indicate that the group is private. |
3 | Tagging a Vista works best when you're actively heading in. The Vista card shows a live count of who's there right now — so timing your post adds to the invite. |
4 | The OPEN button on a Vista card takes readers to the Vista's main space, not directly into a meeting room. Let people know in your post text if there's a specific session you want them to find. |
5 | You can tag multiple Groups and/or Vistas in a single post. Just go through the tagging process for each one individually — there's no batch selection and no cap. |

🏘 Tagging a Group
There are three ways to add a group tag while writing a post:
Use the Groups icon in the typing bar
Tap the Groups icon at the bottom of your compose box. A searchable list of all public Groups will appear — browse or search by name, then tap a Group to add it to your post.
Type @groups in your post
Type @groups anywhere in your post. A button will appear — tap it to open the same searchable Groups list.
Type @group-name directly
Already know the group's name? Type @ followed by the group name (e.g., @mississippicoffeelovers) and it will autocomplete as an option. Tap to confirm.
🌊 Tagging an OASIS Vista
Tagging a Vista works the same way as tagging a Group — three methods, same flow:
Use the OASIS icon in the typing bar
Tap the OASIS icon at the bottom of your compose box. A searchable list of all available Vistas will appear — browse or search by name, then tap a Vista to add it.
Type @oasis in your post
Type @oasis anywhere in your post. A button will appear — tap it to open the same searchable Vistas list.
Type @vista-name directly
Already know the Vista's name? Type @ followed by the Vista name (e.g., @thesauna) and it will autocomplete as an option. Tap to confirm.
