There are several ways to get into OASIS from anywhere in the app: tap OASIS on the home screen, use the dock at the bottom of any other screen, click into a live event from an event card, or follow an OASIS hyperlink shared in a message.
🔑 Setup for Success
You're signed in and somewhere in the app. Every entry point below is reachable from the home screen, the dock, a chat, or an event card. Even emails!
You're on web or mobile. All of these methods work on both — the home screen option and the Live Now button appear on each.
✅ Step-by-Step
Enter from the home screen
On web or mobile, OASIS is one of the main options on the home screen. Select it to go in.
Enter from the dock
If you're somewhere else in the app, OASIS is available in the dock at the bottom of the screen.
Enter from an event card
Event cards appear throughout the app and show the next event scheduled inside OASIS.
Before it starts, the card shows an RSVP button.
Once the event begins, it's marked In Progress, and a Live Now button appears (web and mobile) whenever a meeting is being held in the live stream studio.
Clicking Live Now, or Join Now inside the event card, takes you directly to the live stream room.
Enter from a hyperlink
Anywhere you can send a message — direct messages, OASIS chat, or anywhere in PORTAL where you can start typing — you'll see an OASIS icon in the start-typing bar. Click it to see a list of vistas, select one to drop a hyperlink into your message, and clicking that link takes you (or whoever you sent it to) directly to that vista inside OASIS.

Depending on how you entered, you'll land in a different place. The home screen and dock take you into OASIS generally; an event card's Live Now or Join Now button drops you straight into the live stream room; and a hyperlink takes you to the specific vista it points to. From there, you can navigate to other areas of OASIS as usual.
If you're brought to the livestream room before the event has official started, you'll be in a 'waiting room' until the Event begins. Learn more HERE.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between RSVP, In Progress, and Live Now?
RSVP shows before an event starts. Once it begins, the card switches to In Progress and a Live Now button appears so you can jump straight in.
Where do OASIS hyperlinks work?
Anywhere you can type a message — DMs, OASIS chat, or anywhere in PORTAL. Look for the OASIS icon in the start-typing bar.
Does a hyperlink take me straight into the Discussion Room?
No. A hyperlink brings you to the VISTA. But each Vista can have more than one discussion room. So look to see which one has a Title and Member in it. If you don't see anything, using the OASIS chat to ask if it's getting started soon.
Do these entry points work the same on mobile and web?
Yes. The home screen option, the dock, event cards, and hyperlinks all work on both.
