There can be a couple reasons a feature is not available:
It is not included in your membership
You have not reached the Milestone that Unlocks it (or not yet invested the PRANA for it)
You are still in ORIENTATION and have not yet completed the full flow.
Why Features Are Gated
Onboarding follows a set order: My-Portal, Open Portal, Archive, Focus, then Explore, Groups, Forum, Events, and finally Oasis and Home. Each one unlocks once you complete the required steps in the feature before it.
This means a feature you haven't reached yet may show as locked. That's expected, and it'll open up as you move through onboarding.

How do I unlock the next feature?
Complete the required steps (Achievements) in your current feature, then invest the Prana you've earned when prompted.
Can I skip ahead to a feature I want?
No. Features unlock in order. See Your First Few Days for the full sequence.
I think a feature should be unlocked but it's still locked. What do I do?
Double check you've completed all required steps in the previous feature. If it's still locked, contact support.
